DEAD TEENAGERS
Scene - The Secluded Farm House
Interior. Party music plays. A bloodied male body (TEENAGER 1) is on the ground as is splatters of blood. A bloodied female body (TEENAGER 2) is on the other side of the room. A knock on the door.
MONICA (OFFSTAGE)
Is anyone here? Hello.
MONICA opens the door and enters. DAVID close behind. MONICA notices the bloody massacre.
DAVID
Our car broke down a bit back and we noticed a party going on here. We need to use your phone if we can.
MONICA
David, call the police.
DAVID
What, what? (notices the bloody massacre) Whoa.
MONICA rushes to the male body. TEENAGER 1. DAVID runs to the house phone and frantically dials 911.
MONICA (TO THE MALE BODY)
Honey are you okay?
DAVID (TO THE PHONE)
Hello 911...
MONICA realizes:
MONICA
He's dead. What happened here?
DAVID (TO THE PHONE)
Please hurry.
DAVID hangs up the phone and rushes to MONICA and TEENAGER 1. TEENAGER 2 starts to move.
TEENAGER 2
ummm
MONICA and DAVID rush to TEENAGER 2, who is bloodied on the floor.
MONICA
Oh my God. One of them's alive. Are you okay?
TEENAGER 2
I can't feel my legs.
MONICA
Just sit still. Help is on the way.
TEENAGER 2
No one can help us.
DAVID
What happened here?
TEENAGER 1
We were having a party, it was supposed to be fun. Everyone started disappearing. Then he came and killed my boyfriend.
MONICA
You're okay.
A ruckus is heard upstairs.
DAVID
Someone's upstairs.
TEENAGER 2 (PANICKING)
He's here. We need to get out of here.
MONICA
Help her up David.
DAVID and MONICA help the girl up.
DAVID
Come on girl, we'll get you out or here.
They are stopped when they notice a sinister FIGURE standing at the door. He has two kitchen knifes on each of his hands and a white mask on. He is covered in blood and is moaning.
MONICA
Oh crap is that him?
TEENAGER 2
Yes.
MONICA
Okay, listen, the cops are on their way. So you might as well give up. (THE FIGURE starts to approach MONICA with the knives held up) Hey back, up. Go away.
DAVID
Get off of her.
DAVID rushes towards the FIGURE and tackles him to the ground.
MONICA
David!
DAVID
Monica, get her out of here.
MONICA
Come on hun.
MONICA and TEENAGER 2 exit.
DAVID
Why do you kill all these kids.
DAVID rips the mask off of the FIGURE. It's a teenage boy with his mouth gagged with masking tape.
What?
DAVID takes the gag out of his mouth.
FIGURE
She's crazy, she's fucking crazy.
DAVID
What?
DAVID runs to the door to get MONICA away from TEENAGER 1. the FIGURE tries to deal with the knives on his hand, making it obvious they are stuck on his hands.
DAVID
Monica! Monica look out.
A police siren is heard. Lights are seen. MONICA screams. A gunshot is heard. Silence until:
FIGURE
What happened, what happened?
MONICA runs in and hugs DAVID.
MONICA
David!
FIGURE
What happened?
DAVID looks at the FIGURE struggling with his hands and helps get the kitchen knives off of them. They are taped on with masking tape.
OFFICER DELTA
I saw the young girl lunge at this woman with her dagger in her hand when her back was turned. I shot her in the head before she could hurt her.
DAVID
Thank you so much.
OFFICER DELTA
Is everyone okay?
FIGURE
I need a doctor.
OFFICER DELTA (INTO HER WALKIE TALKIE)
Please send an ambulance to...
OFFICER DELTA steps out to finish her call. MONICA and DAVID help the FIGURE up.
FIGURE
I'm not feeling good.
MONICA
We'll get you out of here.
DAVID
Yes. Nothing's gonna get ya' know son.
All exit.
OFFICER DELTA
Where's the body?
TEENAGER 2 appears, bloody in the head. She picks up one of the knives from the ground and heads out the door.
